  • Fabric Choices

    Our embroidered labels will be created using 11" x 11" 100% white cotton unless you will be providing the fabric.

  • Font Selections

    Please refer to our Font Option section for font samples.

  • Border Design

    Please refer to our Border Design section for border samples.

  • Custom Message

    Create a custom message to be embroidered on the label.

    Up to 5 lines, with a 60 character limit per line.

  • If there is anything additional you think that we should know, please use this space below.
  • Shipping is included with your purchase. We will be in touch and you will receive an invoice via email once this form has been submitted to Pink Heart Quilting.
